Service Description

A restorative group experience designed to support team well-being, reduce stress, and create space for intentional pause. In today's fast-paced environments, many teams operate in a constant state of pressure and mental fatigue. This experience offers a structured opportunity to step away from that pace and reset both individually and collectively. Sessions begin with a brief arrival, allowing participants to settle in and transition out of the demands of the day. From there, guided stillness and immersive sound support the body in shifting into a more relaxed and focused state. This experience is accessible to all levels and requires no prior experiences. Participants simply rest comfortably while being guided through the session. Many teams leave feeling more grounded, clear, and better equipped to return to their work with renewed focus and presence. Ideal for: - Team wellness days - Corporate retreats - Leadership and staff reset sessions - Conference and special events Experience options: Standard Session (60 min) - A structured experience designed to help participants unwind, reset, and return with improved focus and clarity. Extended Experience (75 - 90 min) - Allows additional time for deeper relaxation and integration, creating a more immersive and restorative experience for participants. Experiences begin at $400 and are customized based on group size, location, and duration.

Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Arrival Policy At Sound x Self-Care, we understand that life can be unpredictable and that schedules sometimes change. Our goal is to create a supportive experience while also honoring the time, energy, and preparation that goes into holding intentional wellness spaces for every client. Rescheduling & Transfers If you need to make changes to your appointment, you may reschedule your session within 365 days of your original purchase date. Sessions may also be transferred to a friend or loved one if you are unable to attend and believe someone else may benefit from the experience. Cancellation & Refund Policy We do not currently offer refunds on services or booked sessions. Private sessions require reserved studio space, preparation, scheduling, and dedicated time set aside specifically for you. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session time, missed appointments, and no-shows are non-refundable and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
