About the event
As May's Mental Health Awareness Month unfolds, treat yourself to a serene escape with our Sunset Sound Bath Rescheduled to May 13th at 6:15 pm (sound bath will start promptly at 6:30p).
Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of our healing & rejuvenating sound bath right on the beach, creating a symphony of peace and tranquility.
We'll start at 6:15 as guests settle in, set intentions, and create community the sound bath will last approximately 1 full hour in full.
As the session closes, we'll share a breath-taking in the sunset together, completing a guided journaling prompt to reflect on your experience - a perfect prelude to Mother's Day.
You are welcome to bring your yoga mat, a cozy towel, an eye pillow, and a journal to capture your reflections.
* gently used yoga mats will be available for use if you need one *
