Sunset Sound Bath

As May's Mental Health Awareness Month unfolds, treat yourself to a serene escape with our Sunset Sound Bath on May 9th at 6:15pm (sound bath will start promply at 6:30p).

 Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of our healing & rejuvenating sound bath right on the beach, creating a symphony of peace and tranquality. 

We'll start at 6:15 as guests settle in, set intentions and creating commuity the sound bath will last approximately 1 full hour in full. 

As the session closes, we'll share a breath taking in the sunset together, completing a guided journaling prompt to reflect on your experience - a perfect prelude to Mother's Day. 

Your welcome to bring your own yoga mat, a cozy towel, an eye pillow and an journal to capture your reflections. 

* gently used yoga mats will be available for use if you need one * 

Water will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
