Join us for a serene and transformative evening under the full moon, surrounded by the calming sounds of the ocean and the warm glow of candlelight. This sound bath is designed to help you release tension, balance your energy, and connect with the powerful energy of the full moon. 

This is a time that serves as a reminder to express gratitude for what you currently have and celebrate the end of journey as we wrap up summer and embrace Fall. Astrolgers believe this is a time to refect on your deeply sentimental and spiritual nature as the harvest moon in Pisces can signify advancements in art and entertainment, increat religious and spiritual based practices and highentened senses. With Summer ending and Full approacing we review the completion of cycles, what cycle is ending and newly begining for you??

  • Sound Healing: The healing vibrations from crystal singing bowls and other instruments will help clear energy blockages, reduce stress, and bring a sense of peace and harmony to your entire being.

After the sound bath, we will guide you through a journaling prompt to reflect on your experience and align with the energy of the full moon.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Towel/blanket (it may get chilly by the water)
  • Water bottle
  • Journal and pen for the guided journaling prompt
