Full Moon Beach Sound Bath

Join us on August 22nd at the Virginia Beach Ocean front (exact location be presented in Ticket) for a Magical Full Moon Beach Sound Bath. This August, the full moon is known as the Sturgeon Moon, named by the Native American tribes for the abundance of sturgeon fish in the Great Lakes during this time. The full moon is a powerful time for reflection, release, and renewal, making it the perfect momnet to gather on the beach and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound.

Starting at 7 pm, as the sun sets and the full moon rises, we'll begin a deeply relaxing and transformative sound bath experience. the rhythmic waves of the ocean will harmonize with the singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, guiding you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace. The energy of the full moon amplifies the sound bath's effects, helping to relax what no longer serves you to create space for new opportunities. 

Whether you're looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, or set new intentions under the full moon's glow, this sound bath will offer a sacred space for transformation. Bring a blanket, yoga mat, and water. be prepared to lie back on the sand and let the soothing sounds carry you into a peaceful, meditative state as you align with the lunar energy.
